I've seen my share of garage floors after living in several different houses in the last few years. My home now has a one car garage and although the house is still relatively new the floor is already stained and dirty. My husband and I cleaned out our garage last month so we could put the car in there during the winter nights. We swept the floor but there are some things we could not do anything about. If we weren't moving within the next year we might try and do something to protect the floor, but it doesn't seem worth it now. But it's something to think about for the future.
